Jenn spent more than 25 years as a buyer in the fashion industry for Bloomingdale’s and Bergdorf Goodman, developing a strong sense of style and a keen understanding of current trends. When not discovering emerging designers, she could be found “editing” every corner of the Summit, NJ home she shares with her husband and two daughters.

Recognizing that organizing and decluttering were natural strengths, Jenn founded nest s.o.s. in 2015. Since then, she has specialized in staging and refining homes to highlight their best features and maximize visual impact. With a meticulous editorial approach, Jenn curates each space to feel polished, intentional, and market-ready—whether preparing a single room or an entire home for its next chapter.

Key Michel
Team Leader
Key began her professional journey in marketing and event planning at Turner Sports, where she developed a keen eye for spatial transformation and project management. Since 2019, she has been a vital member of the nest s.o.s. team, specializing in home staging that bridges the gap between classic and contemporary.

A longtime Virginian now based in Summit, NJ, Key is known for her signature ability to blend antique treasures with modern aesthetics. Her clients value her for more than just her design eye; her warmth and quick wit make the staging process seamless and stress-free. When not transforming properties, Key enjoys life in Summit with her husband and two daughters.
Kathleen Della Sala

Customer service and client care are at the center of everything Kathy does for nest s.o.s. Having honed her skills in the real estate industry, Kathy joined nest s.o.s. in 2019, and her ability to style, organize and stage homes quickly became invaluable. Her innate ability to juggle multiple tasks is evident in the way she runs a household with four children. Her skills and passion are matched by her kindness and dedication.

As a Realtor, Michelle brings a strategic and thoughtful perspective to the art of home staging. Her experience guiding buyers and sellers provides valuable insight into buyer behavior, market trends, and what makes a home stand out. Living in Summit with her husband and two daughters, she understands how families truly move through and experience a home, allowing her to highlight each space’s best features with natural ease. For Michelle, staging is about more than aesthetics; it’s about creating an immediate connection to help every client’s home shine in a competitive market.
Irene Murdock
Team Leader
Irene joined the nest sos team in 2025, bringing both professional experience from her career at JPMorgan and deep roots in the Summit community. A resident since 2001, she raised her three children here and continues to be an active volunteer. Her love of home design, paired with strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail, naturally led her into home staging. Having personally managed her own home edit, stage, and move within Summit, Irene understands the emotional and practical sides of every transition — and is committed to supporting clients every step of the way.
